To initiate a return, contact our customer service team with your order number. Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect your item. Shipping costs for returns are the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or defective. For exchanges, we'll arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
